The Director of the Reforest America Carbon Program will direct the continued development and implementation of the Reforest America Carbon Program, oversee contract negotiations with project suppliers and buyers, recruit and lead a team of RACP staff to efficiently originate, develop, and market high-quality RACP projects, and represent American Forests in a leadership role in related carbon initiatives.

Under the direction of the Chief Philanthropy Officer, the Philanthropy Director is responsible for qualifying, cultivating, soliciting and stewarding strong relationships with major donors, developing and growing a robust donor pipeline, and planning and implementing unique engagement and stewardship opportunities to achieve American Forests’ philanthropic goals.

Director, Pacific Northwest

The Pacific Northwest (PNW) Director will lead American Forests’ growing PNW Team in creating resilient forest landscapes through collaborative restoration and resilience treatments. This includes both managing and leveraging a robust portfolio of restoration projects on public and private lands with public and private funds and the overarching goal of accelerating the pace and scale of collective forest restoration across the PNW.
