Ada brings a global perspective and optimization passion to American Forests as the Director of Program Operations and Administration for the Tree Equity Program. Previously, as VP of Operations at OffWorld, a California robotics startup, she fueled global expansion through data-driven decision-making. Prior to that, she honed her skills in resource management and process streamlining as the Finance & Admin Manager at The Keep a Breast Foundation.

An MBA and BA in Accounting and Business Management equip Ada with a strong analytical foundation, translating strategic goals into operational excellence for the Tree Equity Program. A lifelong connection with nature, nurtured by adventures as a climber and scuba diver, fuels her desire to contribute to environmental justice efforts leveraging her skills to ensure the Tree Equity Program’s success in creating vibrant green spaces for all.
